3. Responsibilities

3.1 Responsibility of the user

  • The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that he/she is solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information he/she provides.

    • Technical failures, interruptions, viruses or malicious intrusions
    • Loss of data, profits, customers or any other loss
  • This limitation applies notwithstanding the fact that Renov.lu has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

3.3 Force majeure and acts of God

  • Renov.lu cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

  • The user acknowledges that these limitations of liability constitute a determining element of his commitment, without which Renov.lu would not have contracted.
